Shipping Policy
We actively grow each strain of algae for a quick shipment time. For living algae orders our goal is to have your order shipped within 7 business days. Keep in mind our policy is to ship quality and quantity so an email will be sent with an updated shipping date if more growing time is needed. All items ordered will ship together.
Check to see if your country has restrictions that limit, control, or prohibit the import of living algae. It is the responsibility of the customer to know the laws that apply to receive the shipment. Some countries must have an import permit. The official permit may be prepared by the purchaser and submitted through our contact form to ensure that the shipment will not be confiscated in transit.
Replacement Policy
All requests for replacement strains must be sent to within 48 hours of receiving the package.
