Replacement Request
Replacement requests should be made within 2 days of delivery. All replacements need to be authorized. Replacements will be authorized if one of the two issues happens below:
- The wrong item was shipped:
- Completely fill out and submit the replacement request form. Pictures are encouraged when filling out the form.
- A circumstance happened during shipping.
- Completely fill out and submit the replacement request form.
- Specific information stating the quality of the algae upon arrival is needed in the description box. Pictures are encouraged when filling out the form. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping and handling.
- If reported temperatures are extreme in route to shipping destination a replacement may be postponed.
